Afternoon Special

Royal Court Liverpool Show Dates: 29 Apr 2026-19 Aug 2026

Due to popular demand, we have introduced two Afternoon Specials every month. The two events in each month will feature the same artists so just book one per month if you want to see a new show each time.

The Royal Court Afternoon Special is the new name for Variety Lunch Club. A new name but the same great afternoon at The Court! Join us for brilliant entertainers, a bowl of Scouse, a cup of tea and maybe a sweet treat all in the very best company.

Tickets are just £5 or £8.50 including a bowl of finest home-made Scouse with bread roll and red cabbage. And NEW for 2026 by popular demand you can enjoy a dessert for just £3. So, you can get your ticket, Scouse, cup of tea and a dessert (gluten free option available) for £11.50.

There is a special discount for groups with a free ticket for every 10th person (please call Box Office for details).

Afternoon Special will still feature the best in local entertainment with a variety of comedians, actors, singers and entertainers. The whole proceedings are compered by your favourite and ours, Sam Avery.
