Fitting in at camp, fitting in with boys, fitting into their own body. Aiden is popular, self-assured, and drawn to Jules for reasons he can’t understand. Mud becomes a canvas for Jules and Aiden – a place for play, intimacy and mutual understanding.But the pressures of camp and adolescence are coming to a head. Jules struggles with their first forays into gender expression, while Aiden struggles to make sense of early desires.
