Young Frankenstein is a hilarious laughter generator from start to finish, directed by one of Brightons comic cabarets finest. A relative of the original Dr Frankenstein, also Dean of anatomy at the American school of medicine, inherits his Transylvania mansion, they attempt to pick up where their predecessor left off and resurrect a dead person after transplanting an impressive brain into them. Except, they end up putting an eccentric specimen into the corpse instead, who awakens as a green-hued monster. This show is in the hands of a cast of young actors destined for the industry in their final production at one the countrys leading musical theatre conservatoires, directed by Emma Kilbey (Julia Donaldsons Zog, UK tour, Philip Ridleys The Fastest Clock in the Universe), a professional live band under the direction of Stuart Hutchinson (English National Opera, BBC Radio & Television) and Damien Delaneys exuberant choreography (Ex The Musical, Soho Theatre). It'll be a howl!
