The World Press Photo exhibition connects people to the stories that matter. The exhibition displays over 120 images that feature some of the most pressing and major issues facing the world today. The exhibition showcases the very best of global photojournalism and documentary photography. From the effects of the climate crisis to civil rights movements, access to education and preserving indigenous practices and identities. This year the winners were chosen out of over 64,000 photographs and open format entries, by over 4,000 photographers from 130 countries.
