A woman arrives at her enemy's prison cell to avenge the murder of her family... Eli Norton grieves for her husband and son, brutally murdered in a stranger killing in a country backwater. Following the arrest, trial and conviction of the killer, Mo Sinclair, Eli plots revenge. She gives up her job as a teacher, drops out and changes her identity.
