Free Ear Acupuncture and Detox Tea to support with Drug and Alcohol use and or Mental Health by Pathways to Health and TransSober for the TNBI Genderqueer community ONLY

Join us at The Ledward Centre for a special event every Tuesday aimed at providing support for drug and alcohol use as well as mental health. We are offering free ear acupuncture sessions, a natural and relaxing therapy,Many people successfully use ear acupuncture to give up or reduce their use of drugs, alcohol or tobacco and to manage the cravings associated with their withdrawal. and promote overall well-being. Pathways to Health is a charity that has been running low-cost ear acupuncture clinics in Brighton and Hove since 1997.

Individuals find they benefit from regular attendance, and report feeling less stressed and anxious and note improvements in their energy and mood, better sleep patterns and a more positive sense of well-being.

In addition, we will be serving detox tea to help cleanse your body and mind. This refreshing beverage is carefully crafted and hand made by Pathways to Health to support your journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

Come and take advantage of this unique opportunity to receive free ear acupuncture and enjoy a cup of detox tea in a welcoming and supportive environment with your fellow TNBI community . Our experienced practitioners will be there to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

Detox tea servred from 5:30 pm acupuncture starts from 6 pm.
