A classic farce by Nobel Prize-winning playwright Dario Fo, full of mishaps, misunderstandings and mayhem. A burglar is interrupted whilst at work when the homeowner returns unexpectedly with his mistress in tow. The burglar is forced to seek refuge inside a grandfather clock, while an array of increasingly confused spouses and lovers arrive. Before he knows it, the burglar " apparently the only one not having an affair " is forced to pretend to have multiple wives. If that wasnt complicated enough, things take a turn when the burglars wife joins the party...

Theatre MAD
The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
