Steve Tooley has 51 minutes to live and only your laughter can save him, or so it states on the flyer for The Plan B Show. Sadly, if he was counting on my laughter he'll probably be in a vegetative state by now. Sorry Steve.

A comedy show based around two friends, Steve and Andy, and what happens when you cheat on your best friend with his megalomaniac hypnotising girlfriend. The performances of Thomas Nelstrop and Andy Spiers are lackluster. Things pick up a little when Eve Webster and Gemma Arrowsmith appear as Amber, the crazy girlfriend, and Snitzel her faithful and highly amusing lackey.

There were some very funny scenes, including a medieval flashback and a Marks & Spencers beating, but these just barely save the show from languishing in self indulgent studentdom.

A bit rough and ready. This is a fairly run of the mill afternoon comedy. Surprising as this the same team that regularly appear in the consistently 5-star Newsrevue show.
