We observe a group of Synthents who have been bred for one sole purpose: to entertain.Under The Generact Programme, our Synthents are the vessel for the retelling of Legends and Tales, imposed to perform under the unrelenting gaze of observers, critics and opportunists. Our group journeys through the miseries and rapture of life as an artist and how an audience fuel the unyielding compulsion for performance.As they navigate the ecstasy and misery of their imposed vocation, the line between actor and character begins to blur. Who is watching, and why? And what happens when the story refuses to end?Part 1 of The Generact Trilogy: The Legend (formerly Twisted Tales) is a "visually stunning" Platform Theatre piece created by Box House Theatre Company. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society.
