In an era where migration, exile, and political oppression remain urgent global issues, Bke Erko plays a young immigrant woman caught in the currents of history, as she grapples with choices that define her existence. A shape-shifting single suitcase transforms into a high-rise building, a bed, a consulate kiosk, even a coffin, as this visually striking piece of object theatre brings to life a story of exile, memory and resistance. Devised from Turkish writer Sebnem Isigzels novel Hanene Ay Dogacak. A poetic physicality runs through Bke Erkos veins (Erdem Avsar, UNESCO Resources Blog and Briefings).

The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
