A setting of the story of the three holy children from the Book of Daniel for choir, soloists and a string orchestra. Sung in English, Latin, Greek and Hebrew, the piece examines how political spin and propaganda are often at odds with the truth of a situation, resonating with the many troubles in societies across the world today. With this new piece from Peter D Robinson, MTM Musical Theatre Awards nominee for Best Composer (2007), Carpe Diem continues its tradition of bringing high quality singing and new works to the Fringe.
