Herbal Tea Tasting Workshop and Herb Walk with Root and Seed Herbal

A sensorial mystery herbal tea tasting engaging all the senses to taste, feel and get to know this plant. You are invited to create your own artwork in reflection.

We will discuss herbs as medicine and how you can add them to your daily life.

We might have a short herb walk to meet local medicinal herbs that can be found even in the urbanity of Deptford. Time and weather permitting.

Theatre MAD
The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
