After his parents' failed escape attempt from the regime, Boy is branded an enemy of the state, sent to military re-education training in Trgovite alongside criminals.Blending poetry, movement and video, Trgovite Strays is a visceral exploration of migrant identity, family and the cost of resistance under a dictatorship.Following a sold-out debut at VIEW Festival 2024, Cock-Up Theatre presents Trgovite Strays in a limited run at The Hope Theatre, bringing back its haunting portrait of military abuse and censorship in 1980s Romania.

The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
