SILVERTOWN - A new play by Jonny Wooster.
A reading of Jonny Woosters first play, staged in an annex of the Tate and Lyle Factory, re-purposed as a performance space. The play is set in a gay pub in Silvertown in 1967. The arrival of two straight couples during the celebrations by the gay regulars leads to a dangerous flirtation, violence and confrontation of hidden fears and desires.
