One day, a woman suddenly longs to escape from her own flesh, and soon, her body undergoes a series of strange transformations - from struggle to growth, from torn flesh to spreading branches. However, is this a rebirth, or another cycle of cruelty?Shedwood is a inter-media physical theatre that combines choreography, installation, video and sound. Inspired by newly awarded Nobel Prize winner Han Kang's feminist novel The Vegetarian, Shedwood explores the plight of women in a patriarchal society and their struggle for body autonomy.From Central Saint Martins to Camden Fringe, young theatre makers will combine physical performance with inventive wearable installations and surrealist scenography, to present an a violent aesthetic"gentle as a surgery, yet as sharp as a lancet.An immersive experience of power, the body, and the gaze " waiting for you to witness.

The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
