A workshop on self-publishing for marginalized writers and/or those who are writing about stigmatized topics, run by Jack Parker.

This workshop will cover:

How to format and present your book or magazine, including how to create your own cover without running afoul of copyright law for those on a budget.A breakdown of costs associated with self-publishing, from ISBNs to ordering author copies.Methods of advertising that work best for marginalized people, including advice for sharing your work on platforms with heavy censorship.An honest look at how much money you can expect to make and what sales figures will look like.Creating accessible work, including font and colour choices.What platforms you can use and how they work.How to price your work.Maintaining motivation!
