Our workshop 'Feeling Touch' is an invitation to connect deeply and mindfully with our sense of... TOUCH! Each body has unique erogenous zones and our fingertips contain many nerve endings: a great recipe for delicious sensations. We will explore touches, both energetic and physical, as a way to expand the pleasure, connection and aliveness within yourself and with others. You will be guided on a pleasure journey exploring touch through meditation, somatic practices, group discussions and paired practices.

Note: all practices are optional and adaptable, paired practices are done with the consent and boundaries of each person. We will stay fully dressed the entire time and there will be no sexual acts.

Who is Self Pleasure Club?

We are a creative grassroots collective on a mission to empower people to boldly explore their PLEASURE. We run monthly themed workshops and events to facilitate the exploration of pleasure in a creative, holistic, and embodied way. We believe in creating a safer, braver, and more powerful space to connect to our unique needs and desires, to share experiences and resources and to smash societal taboo. We are pleasure activists and believe that pleasure is a birthright and an everyday essential that everyone should have access to. Together, we want to build an inclusive community in which we redefine pleasure, transcend shame and step into our full pleasure potential.

Hosted by Valentine Bordet (she/her): I've created Self-Pleasure Club out of my own realization of the lack of spaces and resources to talk about sexuality for marginalized groups and the many stigmas that still surround it. I'm a feminist activist, performer, yogini, reiki practicioner and I'm training as a somatic sex coach. All of these experiences go into creating sessions that allow us to explore our pleasure!

The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
