Theres more bi visibility than ever, but with that comes a whole host of pressures and expectations. But dont panic! Out and proud bisexual big sister Ruby is here to help you feel more confident in all aspects of your sexuality.
From exploring new types of dating and sex, to the internal struggle of not feeling queer enough, to tackling common misconceptions (no, you dont have to pick a side!): we face a unique set of challenges which are rarely publicly discussed.
In this event well look honestly at the tricky stuff, and Ruby will provide practical advice and encouragement for how to find your feet as a bisexual babe. Therell also be time to reflect and discuss key topics as a group, so we can learn from each others experiences.
This event is for people of all genders who identify as bisexual, pansexual, and/or queer. Basically anyone whos not 100% gay or straight. If you worry youre not queer enough to attend, you definitely are!
Whether youve been out and proud for decades, or youre just beginning to explore your sexuality, Ruby hopes that youll end the night feeling a sense of community, empowerment, and pride about your queerness!
A final note: respect, confidentiality and consent are fundamental principles of Ruby Rare events, and all attendees are expected to uphold them. The organiser reserves the right to ask anyone to leave should their behaviour be in breach of these principles.
