Writing can provide everyday respite during difficult seasons of life. Through poetry and journaling, we can vent, reflect, and release. This creative online space will explore poetry and journaling as supportive tools for queer carers.
In this session, queer carer and creative facilitator Jules McGee-Russell (they/them) will guide you in the writing approaches that supported them through difficult caring experiences.
No previous writing experience is needed complete beginners are welcome. This is a session for queer people who have caregiving roles or responsibilities for loved ones, whether currently or in the past.
