Ceri Harris BEM is a tireless advocate for LGBTQ+ health and menopause inclusion. As Writer/Director of Rainbow Menopause, she amplifies diverse menopause experiences through film. Awarded a British Empire Medal (BEM) for services to community inclusion, Ceri also works as an NHS Lead Equality and Human Rights Advisor, driving change in healthcare and policy.
Dr. Kate Nambiar Endocrinology Specialist & LGBTQ+ Healthcare Advocate
Dr. Kate Nambiar is a leading voice in inclusive healthcare. With a background in sexual health and endocrinology, she specializes in hormonal care and gender-affirming healthcare, ensuring that trans and non-binary people receive informed, compassionate, and evidence-based support. Dr. Nambiar has worked extensively to improve healthcare accessibility for marginalised communities and is a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion in menopause care.
Dr. Yvette Pyne GP, NIHR Research Fellow & Womens Health Specialist
Dr. Yvette Pyne is a GP, Gender Specialist, and NIHR Research Fellow,
specialising in womens health, gender-affirming care, and menopause research.
In both her clinical and research work, she is committed to inclusive and
evidence-based healthcare for women, trans, and non-binary people. A
passionate advocate for intersectional feminism, she shares her insights
through research publications, such as with the World Health Organisation and
through her public talks including TEDx, where she has examined how AI could
help diagnose perimenopause.
