Queer Theatre invites all our members, friends, and theatre-makers to join us for a night of love, laughter, and a little je ne sais quoi at Pizza & Movie Night on Thursday, 6th February 2025, at The Two Brewers, Clapham. Whether youre hopelessly romantic, fiercely independent, or just here for the pizza, this is the perfect night to celebrate connection in all its forms.
This month, well be screening the Baz Lhurmans musical masterpiece, Moulin Rouge! (2001)a love story filled with spectacular performances, unforgettable songs, and an epic tale of love and loss.
What to Expect:
Doors open at 7pm: Arrive from 7pm to hang out with fellow LGBTQ+ theatre-makers and creatives, and food will be delivered at 8pm ready for the start of the movie.
Movie starts at 8pm: Settle into cabaret-style seating for the screening in the Club Room, with a big screen, excellent sound, and English subtitles for accessibility.
Cabaret at 10:30pm: Prepare for the sparkling diamond herself, drag queen, Son Of A Tutu!
DJ until 2am: Ready your legs for a high-kicking finish as Amy LaQueefa brings the beats thatll have you Can-Can-ing on the dancefloor until 2am.
This event is designed to foster connection within our queer theatre-maker community, helping to combat the isolation often faced by queer performers in the city.
Tickets are 22.50 (including Pizza) and 15 (not including pizza). Profits are donated to Queer Theatre projects and helping nurture LGBTQ+ theatre-makers.
Tickets will go off-sale at 5pm on Thursday 6th February.

By Tube: The venue is a short walk from Clapham North & Clapham Common Underground (Northern Line) and Clapham High Street (London Overground) stations.
