"Queer" has gained mainstream momentum as an umbrella to capture the ever-shifting terrain of gender identity and sexuality. This festival, now in its third year, takes inspiration from this term through performance and visual art. Samples from the dance docket include Bruno Isakovic's new iteration of "Denuded" (Sept. 23); an intense duet from the Dutch group Trash (Sept. 24); an adventurous collaboration between Jeremy Wade and Marc Tompkins (Sept. 24-25); and Mor Shani and Paul Sixta's search for intimacy (Sept. 25).
