Qoya is a women's movement practice that combines yoga, free dance and sensual movement to bring women back into their bodies, to remember our essence is wise, wild and free. In Qoya, we focus on how it feels, not how it looks. There is no way to do it "right", the only way you know, is that it feels good. You don't need any movement or dance experience to participate.
