HOMOPARODY have brought the house down every time they have performed at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, so we thought it was about time they started their own night! HOMOPARODY have teamed up with their sweet sapphic sisters from Fingerz to create the ultimate candy cabaret show that celebrates the full and fruity variety of acts in Londons queer cabaret scene. Yes, thats right!! Lesbians and gays working together?!!

Lets do cabaret the queer way and get ready for a delicious night of dance, drag, parodies, powerhouse vocalists and Fingerz iconic games! Featuring a lip smacking cast of queer Londoners, this event is a celebration of who we are and what we love and promises to be unmissable! Everyone is welcome here Bring your besties, ride solo or take one of your lovers for the ultimate date night!

About the Show: Is this a cabaret show? Is this a cabaret competition? Well weve picked and mixed the best of both to bring a night full of variety. Hosted by David Allwood, the founder of HOMOPARODY Queer Collective and Erin Corfield, the founder of Fingerz. We will be welcoming six cabaret acts to the iconic RVT stage but the order they perform will be totally Randoms As the audience decide! HOMOPARODY will be bringing the show-stopping routines they are known for and Fingerz will be getting everyone involved in their iconic games. The audience will decide which act goes through to the PicknMix All Starmix finale. This cabaret parody show promises to be a night filled with laughter, love and deliciously camp entertainment.

About HOMOPARODY

HOMOPARODY is a collective of LGBTQ+ humans from all over London who find power in togetherness. Born out of lockdown as a way of bringing the queer community back together, HOMOPARODY provide entertainment at Prides, events and charity fundraisers. Alongside this, they produce full scale cabaret productions, recreate iconic music videos for charity, organise socials and provide weekly all abilities dance classes for the LGBTQ+ community and their allies. Founded by Mr Gay England 2022 winner, David Allwood, this queer collective is focused on inclusion, empowerment and community. Welcome to the world of FINGERZ! The first Monday of every month is for bringing the dyke, stem, lipstick, butch, lesbian, stud, chapstick, u-haul, astrologist, trans+ communities back together (a non exhaustive list ofc). Make new friends and bring all your chosen family for a night of wholeseome and messy Gamez, Cabarez and plenty of FINGERZ! Get ready for an evening for everyone, from the sapphics xoxo

Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
