Patience
  • Edinburgh Fringe

The story of two women in need of a liver transplant: Sophie Undridge, a young woman with autoimmune hepatitis, whose life has been reduced to medication and hospitalisation, and Bethan Wilkins, a recovering alcoholic determined to turn her life around. Eva decides which of the two receives a liver. Faced with this life and death decision, she must soon come to terms with the realities of being a junior doctor. Inspired by true patient stories, Patience is a story of humanity, relationships and the struggles facing people, their families and their doctors in the organ transplantation process.
