Over the course of the last years, I have realised and experienced many times the sense of timeless and dissolved ego. To most people, the only way to get there is to have sexual intercourse. Do you know there is a door to the same experience using tools like meditation and various forms of it? We are going to explore them.
In this online class, we will be gathering to explore humanised versions adopted by western people like me and you. Where to begin? Nudity can be a triggering point if you are raised in an environment where sex was taboo. Noone talking about it, but we all do. Where to begin - take baby steps. Take one item off and stop. Listen to what your body is trying to say, not your judgment or any other mental activity.
In the classroom, we will bring to the surface all our demons, and befriend them. If we can think of sex we are alive.
We meet online on Mondays at 8 pm UK time via Zoom. Space is open to everyone, and previous experience isn't required. Nudity is optional. Cameras must be on, and no playing with the phones.
Please note the facilitator doesn't hold any psychology degree. All classes are based on techniques and meditations available widely online. We will not harm and force our bodies to do what they are uncomfortable with. Most of the time, we will be standing or sitting on chairs as Western people do.
