Shin Shin Toitsu Do (Japanese yoga) session at 2:00pm where you will learn unification of mind and body, natural movement, meditation and breathing. At 3:00pm we will host a Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido workshop applying Ki principles for harmonious self-defence applications, health and self-development. From 4:00 to 4:30pm there will be a Ki and Aikido demonstration and Q&A session.Please arrive by 1:45pm wearing loose, comfortable clothing.
