Shin Shin Toitsu Do (Japanese yoga) session at 14:30 where you will learn unification of mind and body, natural movement, meditation and breathing. At 15:30 we will host a Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido workshop applying Ki principles for harmonious self defence applications, health and self-development. From 16:30 to 17:00 there will be a Ki and Aikido demonstration and Q&A session.Please arrive by 14:15 wearing loose, comfortable clothing.
