Join the Brighton Ki Society for a day of mindful Ki and Aikido taster sessions.Please arrive by 2:15pm wearing loose, comfortable clothing such as a tracksuit or gi for the start of the Shin Shin Toitsu Do (Japanese yoga) session at 2:30pm, where you will learn unification of mind and body, natural movement, meditation and breathing. At 3:30pm, join the SST Aikido workshop applying Ki principles for harmonious self defence applications, health and self-development. From 4:30pm to 5pm there will be a Ki and Aikido demonstration and a Q&A session.
