Tap is visual jazz. Melodies created and improvised visually. A thrilling interplay between musicians, dancers and audience. Drummer Michele Drees brings her Jazz Tap project to Gem Electric with a spectacular mix of dancers and live jazz quartet. Michele has worked with top jazz artists as well as pop names Kirsty McColl, Marc Almond and many more. Together with Junior Laniyan, one of England's greatest Rhythm Tap dancers, Michele hosts the Tap Jam at Ronnie Scott's. Junior has appeared worldwide as a tapper with Robbie Williams to Riverdance, an actor in 28 Days Later and extensively on TV.
