A word from our hosts, Matej and Jan:

We firmly believe that before you can understand others, you must first understand yourself. Therefore, all our learning experiences share a common goal: they inspire participants to confidently say, "I know me!" Discovering who you are is enlightening, and knowing how to apply that knowledge in the professional world is truly life-changing. That is why self-awareness is at the heart of our mission to empower individuals and teams to thrive at work.

iNOMEE, founded by Jan and Matej, is more than a business it's born from personal journeys navigating the complexities of corporate life. Recognising the need for guidance, the duo launched iNOMEE to help individuals, teams, and their leaders reach their full potential.

As a family business and LGBT+ owned business, we understand the importance of inclusion in the workplace. Therefore, we are active members of ProudHR: a network for queer HR professionals Through ProudHR, we work with passionate professionals from various industries to improve the lives of LGBT employees and bring important topics to the forefront of discussion. Together, we amplify diverse voices, driving towards a more inclusive future.

The National Lottery Community Fund

The National Lottery Community Fund distributes over 600m a year to communities across the UK, raised by players of The National Lottery. Blossom LGBT CIC has a grant from the Community Fund to use between October 2023 & October 2025 on our work empowering LGBTQIA+ young adults at work

We're a not-for-profit!

Whilst this event is free and made possible by the National Lottery Community Fund, we kindly ask that LGBTQIA+ people already in full-time work, allies of the community, and those already in leadership roles consider making a donation of 5+ to allow us to continue to keep these events completely free of charge for those who need them. With particular thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund for making Blossom LGBT CIC's employability and upskilling programme possible through their grant for our pilot scheme.

Since you’re here…

… we have a small favour to ask. We don't want your money to support a hack's bar bill at Abattoir, but if you have a pound or two spare, we really encourage you to support a good cause. If this review has either helped you discover a gem or avoid a turkey, consider doing some good that will really make a difference.

You can donate to the charity of your choice, but if you're looking for inspiration, there are three charities we really like.

Mama Biashara
Kate Copstick’s charity, Mama Biashara, works with the poorest and most marginalised people in Kenya. They give grants to set up small, sustainable businesses that bring financial independence and security. That five quid you spend on a large glass of House White? They can save someone’s life with that. And the money for a pair of Air Jordans? Will take four women and their fifteen children away from a man who is raping them and into a new life with a moneymaking business for Mum and happiness for the kids.

Theatre MAD
The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
