Mark Lester Steps In
  • Brighton Fringe

The world's going to hell in a handcart, with climate change, extremism and cliches like 'going to hell in a handcart'. Enter South West London's favourite songwriter (possibly), to sort things out (possibly) with catchy tunes and tortuous rhymes. Mark, who has been compared to Noel Coward, Max Miller and - for some reason - Morrissey, muses on cold remedies, fizzy drinks, middle-aged lust and more. Mark has performed several times at the Camden and Wandsworth Fringes. This is his Brighton debut. "A most enjoyable performance - relaxed, convivial, and the songs are good too." (Camden Voyeur).
