Ldn Queer Mart - LGBTQIA+ Art Market at Deptford Lounge!

We are so excited to announce that our annual June art market will be at Deptford Lounge, a vibrant community centre and library once again! Join us for a day filled with art, creativity, and community.

It's the sort of event you can come to alone, with a friend or partner or in a big group - either way you'll be sure to meet other lovely lgbtqia+ folk and feel the love of your community.

What to Expect:

Stalls: Run by talented queer artists, business owners, and creatives with a range of mediums including art prints, ceramics, zines, clothing, originals, publications, risograph prints, sculptures, jewellery, textiles, and much more - we'll announce them all on our instagramServices: From Tarot to Tooth Gems - we always have lovely queer businesses & practitioners at our events and this one will be no different!In fact - the lineup isn't finalized yet so if you have an idea for a stall, service, activity or workshop - make sure you apply via this link!

Accessibility: Deptford Lounge is wheelchair accessible and equipped with accessible toiletsThere are two lifts to upper floors & every space we are using for the event is wheelchair accessible Space Utilization: With so much space we will be taking care to leave enough space between stalls to make the market space more comfortable & chill - and doing crowd control to make sure it's not too busy at any pointChildren: Kids are welcome at this event, the ground floor will be curated specifically to be PG. There will be no curation to suit under 18s on the upper floors however, so kids will need to be supervisedDogs: Guide Dogs Only

The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
