Hannah Fairweather was the 2019 Rising Star New Act of the Year, a semi-finalist in the BBC New Comedian Award, So You Think Youre Funny, Leicester Square and Komedia Brighton New Comedian Awards as well as a finalist in Max Turner Award. She was selected for the Angel Comedy Showcase at Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2019 and has been heard on Union Jack Radio, BBC Sounds and Radio4. She has also written for The Now Show and Mock The Week. Hannah likes to think of herself as the Taylor Swift of Comedy and has made a career out of making jokes about all the people who have wronged her in the past. The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
