Former if.com best newcomer winner is back this year with her second Edinburgh show.
There's an 'emo' feel about Josie's comedy a slightly twisted outsider looking at the world and wondering how everyone seems to be so damn normal except her and a few of her fellow eccentrics.
You get this vibe as soon as you walk into the venue, as she's there playing Minesweeper on her laptop whilst waiting for the audience to file in.
Once we're all on board, she rapidly engages the audience with a bouncy, breathless style, chucking tangerines at us, and dashing straight into tales of her 9 year-old self and childhood obesity (she sets up a pretty good tummy gag for us too).
But she's not really here to bemoan her outsider status she seems to revel in her affinity with the random loonies she meets in her life as she introduces them and their stories to us in her cracking set.
A good solid hour of comedy that will leave you chuckling away, and wondering just how weird you might be yourself at times. The tummy gag literally gets a belly laugh, and there's plenty of other chuckles and giggles to keep you amused throughout this enjoyable hour of stand-up.
