French-born Marianne has spent most of her adult life in the UK. But then Brexit happened, and now she's being called a 'migrant worker'. To get over herself, she tells her story to anyone who'll listen using all the clichs at her disposal, only interrupting her narration to sing songs in her native language in a futile attempt to break cultural boundaries. This is a bittersweet comedy with music that mocks stereotypes and supports the idea that we're all brothers (well, not really...).
