Is The Daily Mail Dead Yet? is a stand up comedy show which is intended to be a hilariously liberal attack against the Mail and other similar voices of outdated, emasculated racists. What we actually get is a reasonably funny act which does make some attacks on the Mail and its columnists but also covers other regular stand up comedy items such as sex and relationships. I would have liked a little less gentleness and a much more vicious attack on the Daily Mail, with perhaps attacks on The Sun and News Of The World thrown in too.However, the act is quite funny. I particularly liked the demonstration of some of the items which had apparently been bought via the Internet. It wouldnt be fair to go into details except to say that some of them could be guaranteed to cause offence.The show lasted only about forty-five minutes and had the air of a work in development. Its worth seeing but not brilliant.
