Meet the ageing Jake Mental Hughes, a psychiatric patient who believes he is the real Muhammad Ali. His voice shows anger, rage and sometimes indifference as he introduces us to his interpretation of a mental health system that has subjected him to 25 years of the painful effects of anti-psychotic drug Zuclopenthixol. In the face of government bungling and in the absence of essential support he takes on the world over his right to live life without the Zuc or the needle!

The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
