Healthy Harmonies, NHS Fife's staff choir, grew out of the conviction that singing is good for the soul. The concept was brought to life by Sharon Dick, a member of the NHS Fife chaplaincy team, and the first rehearsal took place in September 2014. An inaugural concert was held in Kirkcaldy that November under the direction of Stuart Watson. Since then, the choir has grown in confidence, learning new skills along the way and made new friendships too. Healthy Harmonies is delighted to be making its Edinburgh Fringe debut performing a programme of popular music.
