F*** It Up Fridays! Every last Friday of the month at Stanley Arts.

A monthly OTA (open to all) ballroom scene social, for the community by the community, centred around celebration and expressions of queer BIPOC.

This monthly OTA is a space for the ballroom scene and people looking to join the community to gather, socialise, have fun, and practice the ballroom categories they walk at the Balls.

Some of the categories will be Realness, Performance, Runway, Face, Sex Siren, Body, Best Dressed, commentator vs commentator. With a rich illustrious history, the ballroom scene has its roots in the drag pageants of Harlem from the previous centuries and now has found its way all over the world not least in the UK since around 2014/2015 and has since grown to be found in Cardiff, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow and London.

This event is 5 on the door.

Theatre MAD
The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Acting for Others provides financial and emotional support to all theatre workers in times of need through the 14 member charities. During the COVID-19 crisis Acting for Others have raised over £1.7m to support theatre workers affected by the pandemic.
