Double D's performances are always an enjoyable mixture of songs and tunes, mainly Scottish traditional, or modern but in a traditional style. Their aim is to entertain with a well-judged blend of material " sad, uplifting and humorous. If they make a profit(!) from their performances in the clubs, pubs and residential homes around Edinburgh, the money all goes to Guide Dogs (www.guidedogs.org.uk) or the Scots Music Group (www.scotsmusic.org). Both of Double D sing, with Dennis playing accordion and Duncan playing guitar.
