Be Yourself! As a reaction to the oppressive forces that surround us and increasing conservatism it has never been more important to be your authentic self!

David Hoyle, the apocalypse of avant-garde cabaret, brings a new series of shows to his beloved RVT. David digs deep and tells us why it is vital we support each other in these troubling times.

David is the original performance avalanche an all singing, all raging bona-fide performance legend. He has appeared in his own Channel 4 TV series, in films and on-stages worldwide. For tonight the RVT is his home and you, the audience, his family only in unity, David tells us, will we find strength.

Tickets are 12 + booking fee

PLEASE NOTE: This event will be mostly standing with only a very few seats in the venue, first come first serve. If you have access requirements please contact [email protected]. The RVT is an LGBTQ+ venue, please respect our space. No hen/stag parties.

There will be three more Authentic dates on the first Thursday of the month, September, October and November, tickets will be on sale nearer the dates.

The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
