This version of Cyrano relocates the infamous nose from 17th-century France to the battlefields of the First World War. Wounded soldiers, stretcher-bearers and poets mingle together to form a heady and passionate environment. Using poetic forms of the time, this play explores an all-male love triangle and asks what it means to love and lose. Westcliff Boys Theatre previously presented Waiting for Ofsted at the 2018 Fringe, gaining four-star reviews from SardinesMagazine.co.uk, ScotsGay.co.uk and BroadwayBaby.com, who described it as 'a delightful gem of a production'.
