Part of the Fringe Central Events Programme, for Fringe participants. Budokon combines yoga, martial arts, meditation, and animal movements! It will improve your strength, flexibility, control and balance, this combination of training elements is unique, fun, and challenging. Open to all levels. For performers, staff and friends this is a great way to limber the mind and body before performing. Participants will engage their bodies, minds, and voices to liberate any stuck nerves and muscles.
