Monthly pop ups from the Brighton International Animation Festival showcasing a variety of animation programmes, come down and catch up on any festival programmes you may have missed! March is The Female Gaze, in order to celebrate International Womens Day this month. A selection of films from either presenting the female experience or the world through the eyes of a female director, including documentary, narrative and experimental films from countries including Azerbaijan, Russia, Germany and UK.

Tickets are pay what you can suggested donation 5 and all proceeds go towards running the annual festival. Upstairs at Presuming Eds, doors open 7pm, films start 7.30pm. Come downstairs and have a drink and chat about the films afterwards.

Please note this will be the last monthly pop up until the summer as the main annual festival will be on in April then there will be a short break.

Theatre MAD
The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Acting for Others provides financial and emotional support to all theatre workers in times of need through the 14 member charities. During the COVID-19 crisis Acting for Others have raised over £1.7m to support theatre workers affected by the pandemic.
