'Bassett' and 'The Grandfathers'
  • Brighton Fringe

Ariel Company Theatre are proud to make their Brighton Fringe debut. In 'Bassett', the supply teacher has gone a bit nuts, doing a runner and locking the pupils in. Tensions are high today, a day when a repatriation of fallen British soldiers is happening along the high street - as it has many times before through this quiet Wiltshire town. And this one is more personal than most. National service ended in the UK over fifty years ago, but young people worldwide are still conscripted into the armed forces. 'The Grandfather' follows nine young soldiers as they train to defend their nation.
