We will use stories and themes to learn poses, play games, sing songs and use lots of fun sensory materials. We will be planting the seeds for body awareness, self regulation and kindness as well as improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and motor skills. This class is a great way for your little ones to engage in a healthy activity, away from screens that will contribute to their overall development and wellbeing.Class is 25-30 minutes and suitable for 2 to 5 year olds.KIDS YOGA (4-8 year olds) 1:30PMJoin Balance Kids for some yoga stories, songs and games! No expectations, come as you are - the kids will be met at their energy levels and encouraged to listen to their bodies, eventually bringing them into some relaxation time. An inclusive, non competitive environment where children are encouraged to be themselves, play and explore.Please purchase 1 ticket per child.
