Stuck in the miserable baggage reclaim department, with the ominous presence of HR looming just out of sight, the monotonous, mundane, and slightly bizarre work-lives of two baggage reclaim workers get turned upside down when a new team member joins them. When personal attacks, heated conversations, and a game breaching GDPR regulations threaten to ruin the delicate balance the characters have created, will they be able to deal with the baggage, or will it all be too much to handle?

Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society.
