Sergei Diaghilev's challenge to all of his collaborating artists was: Astonish me!. In May 1913, this demand brought into being two astounding works " Stravinsky's Rite of Spring and Jeux, Debussy's last orchestral masterpiece. Premiered at the Edinburgh Jazz Festival 2016, Patrick's reinterpretation of Jeux straddles jazz and contemporary music landscapes, faithfully capturing Debussy's ethereal sound world.
