An island bakery on its last day before closing forever, two friends facing off against the sea, time collapsing in on itself as one persons life shatters around them As We Fall Into The Ocean offers a queer perspective on home, friendship and the climate crisis.

Best friends Bea and la have worked in Beas family bakery for years, but todays the last day. The last day before they leave the bakery, and the island where they live, behind forever Beas lived in their family bakery for years but with new love, theyre wondering if its still their home Bea has worked in their family bakery for years but today their sister threatens to take away everything

From customers old and new, from open to close, chalk lines are drawn, and timelines collide. With their memories eroding, Bea has a choice to make.

Really!Theatre presents you with As We Fall Into The Ocean, a new play written by Tia Huband and directed by Toni Roberts.

Catch our debut on March 6th and 7th at 8.30 pm at the Network Theatre.

Access Information
The venue has a flat floor throughout, though there is a small lip on the main entrance door. Doors are suitable for wheelchair access. Toilet access is slightly limited due to building constraints. Access by vehicles is controlled by Network Rail security who will normally allow them to drop off people at the door, but parking is not available in the access road.
